If you take on full parental responsibility you'll have no social life when baby is here, except meeting friend in the day for a coffee.
My friend is 20 & she has a 16 month old & 5 months pregnant, her mum is a regular weekend babysitter so she gets to go out twice a week. I'd miss my daughter too much & worry about her but i don't mind thats part of being a parent.
Its all about adapting to your new life.

The things everyone suggested are great ideas. I just wanted to point out that just because you are going to be a mommy doesn't mean that you will have no social life- its just not true. In fact it is best if mom still gets out every once in awhile and does something for herself. Some women do lose their social life, but its not always best. So, go out have some fun. You'll need a break for about 8 weeks after the baby is born then once every two weeks or so go out and have some more fun. It is great for you and the baby!

you can still do all of things you normally do just avoid drinking etc. and if you get tired easier then dont stay out all night and just rest as much as you can. having a baby wont stop you doing the things you want, it can make it harder but not impossible. and clubbing isnt always out of the question, as long as you dont drink its not going to cause harm to the baby. you can still go shopping etc, maybe join a club or just visit friends now and again. im sure you can all think of something to do, it doesnt really matter what it is if youre having fun. but i know how you feel as im almost 7 weeks pregnant and im 19, and while my friends are drinking and going out i cant join in but i still go out with them and we find other things to do like go out for meals, cinema, shopping but i mostly spend time indoors with my bf resting at the moment. i hope it all goes well for you.
